Dancers are to be educated, respectful, and mindful of culture, music and movements chosen in their shows.
We are continuously learning and training to not only maintain, but better our craft.
We produce family friendly fun entertainment - no vulgarity in our show
We are reputable dancers with no history of inappropriate or sexual behavior
No smoking of any kind allowed in venues or outside venues where we are performing.
Arriving on time and ready for agreed times. If dancer is running behind, they must notify client ASAP.
Makeup is perfectly blended and set and hair is complete.
Costumes are clean, professional, fit well, and have no odors. Costumes are actual dance costumes and not from clothing/club dress stores.
We will not disturb our customer’s guests in between shows unless invited, but this is also at dancer’s discretion. We do our best to balance making our customers an guests happy, but also value personal privacy as Dancers.

Elevating the dance to a higher standard – how we act and perform is a reflection of all of us, the dance and the culture – we rise above and do not engage in disrespectful appearances that can be harmful to our image.
We will not swipe/undercut our classes, venues/gigs, we are respectful to each other
We support one another
Mistakes are made, mistakes can lead to growth, but mistakes that divisive, deceitful or disloyal is not supported in Sultana Dance NC
We cannot pick up tips on the floor while in costume/performance, we instead have a designated person or persons to collect the tips for us (If Tip Dollar is significant- get creative!)

To promote the Art of Middle Eastern Dance and the Artists on Sultana Dance NC respectfully
To be honest and fair in all financial matters
To market dancers to appropriate venues through different avenues of marketing via social media (FB, Instagram, Emails, Workshops, Showcases)
To maintain standards to all dancers equally
To listen and address to each dancer’s concerns and opinion and discuss healthy resolutions
To discuss with dancers any issues presented by venues/customers and to offer assistance to remedy the issue
